AYALA-LED energy firm ACEN Corp. said Friday it would be infusing more than P1.46 billion into five subsidiaries serving as its special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for planned floating solar projects in Laguna Lake.
In a series of disclosures, ACEN said that it had entered into separate subscription agreements with the subsidiaries to fund their respective bids for the use of renewable energy areas in Laguna Lake.
