THE Subdivision and Housing Developers Association Inc. (SHDA) will gather key government leaders, creatives, and industry leaders in the housing and real estate sector as it hosts the 31st edition of the National Developers Convention on Oct. 5 and 6, 2023 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu City.

With the theme, 'Lokal Na Bai: Building Nationwide Growth Through Regional Development,' this year's convention aims to attract around 400 developers, policymakers, suppliers and various housing industry stakeholders. Exploring innovative approaches to spur economic growth at the grassroots level while contributing to the broader national development objectives, day one will focus on issues and concerns that affect the housing industry while day two will be on regional success stories in real estate development.
