VICE President Sara Duterte on Thursday called on global education stakeholders to welcome the effects of technology.

In her speech at the Global Education and Innovation Summit at the Coex Center in Seoul, South Korea, Duterte said education has 'vastly evolved from the traditional imparting of knowledge in classrooms, at home from parents, and from respective social circles and communities.'
