CORPORATIONS that have failed to comply with reportorial requirements have until the end of the month to avail of an amnesty, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Thursday.
"Noncompliant corporations need only pay a P5,000 fine for failure to submit any of their annual reports, regardless of the number of years they failed to comply with the requirements," the regulator said in a statement.
