LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Seven years after it was first proposed, the Pangasinan tourist police was finally established and activated following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd and Police Provincial Director Col. Jeff Fanged.
The MoU signing, held at the Urduja House ceremonial hall here on September 15, as one of the highlights of the Pangasinan Tourism Month celebration this month, coincided with the induction of the newly elected officers of the Pangasinan Tourism Officers Association (PTOA).
