BACOLOD CITY: A consumer group here has expressed its support for the Negros Electric Power Corp. (NEPC), which is expected to file an application for a franchise in Congress.
Power Watch Negros (PWN) said it is supporting NEPC's expected franchise application after the approval of the joint venture agreement (JVA) with Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) and its mother company, Prime Electric Holdings Inc.
