Cloud clusters in Visayas, Mindanao likely to develop into LPA – Pagasa

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday that it was monitoring cloud formations east of Visayas and Mindanao, which have a chance of turning into a low pressure area (LPA).

In the meantime, the country is expected to experience generally fair weather, especially in Visayas and Luzon over the next 24 hours, according to specialist Aldczar Aurelio.
