TO boost digital learning, the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) and the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Ilocos Norte (SDOIN) formalized a partnership on September 12, 2023 under a five-year memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The MoU was signed by MMSU President Shirley Agrupis and DepEd-SDOIN Schools Division Superintendent lawyer Donato Balderas Jr.
