ISABELA State University (ISU) has strengthened its internationalization initiatives by adding a new cross-border collaboration, this time with Guizhou Minzu University in Guiyang City, China.
ISU President Ricmar Aquino said that with the new partnership in place, the university, along with other higher education institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines, would lead the establishment of academic linkages with counterparts from East Asia, synergizing academic efforts from both regions of the Asia-Pacific.
