PAL to use Salesforce AI-powered platform
In a statement, the flag carrier said it would be using Salesforce Customer 360, an AI (artificial intelligence)-driven customer relationship management (CRM) platform across its contact center and customer feedback handling units.
'This is more than just a partnership. This is for a future where digital transformation isn't just a buzzword but a strategic imperative,' PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Stanley Ng said.
