ARLEO Zoniko Tolentino is among the Filipino millennial seafarers who are typically outgoing, competitive, articulate and thirsty for more challenges.

At the onset, the man looks younger than his years, has a quick smile for everyone, and is warm enough to make a stranger feel at ease. Looking and listening closely, however, will show his depth — a person who insists on what is right and just and trudging all that is difficult for his children.
