3 suspected NPA rebels surrender in Cavite town

MARAGONDON, Cavite: Three alleged members of the New People's Army (NPA) who are also alleged members of the Kamagsasaka organization voluntarily surrendered to the police on Sunday.

The local police identified the three suspects as Mizpeh Sibay, 53 years old; Emelita Selaras, 56 years old; and Rolando Domingo, 53 years old, all of Pinagsanjan B, Maragondon, Cavite.
