NBI nabs 3 individuals for selling fraudulent SIM cards

THREE individuals were arrested in Pasay City for selling registered SIM cards which are allegedly used for fraudulent purposes, such as online scams, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said, Tuesday.

In a report to the Bureau of Investigation-Cybercrime Division (NBI-CCD), the operation stemmed from the information that several individuals were selling registered sim cards on Facebook specifically on the 'SIM Card Philippines Buying and Selling' group name.
