Naga City: All roads are heading to Naga City today as millions of devotee Bicolanos will pay homage to the miraculous image of Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia's fluvial procession on Saturday afternoon here.
This year's celebration will be graced by Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Most Rev. Charles John Brown, who arrived yesterday passing through the Bicol International Airport in Daraga, Albay before heading to Naga City.
