DoT chief leads coastal cleanup

LAPU-LAPU CITY: Department of Tourism (DoT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco led the cleanup of the Mactan Shrine's coastline area on Friday.

This is part of a two-day conference entitled the 'First Philippine Dive Tourism Dialogue.'
