AN exciting Filipino food arena will open at the New Gateway Mall 2 Upper Ground B level soon, with foodies advised to get ready to eat their heart out with exciting gastronomic feasts particularly at Palenque by Claude Tayag, a new food destination that celebrates the diversity of regional specialties from all over the Philippines.

'Palenque' is the Mexican-Spanish name for arena. The Pampango culinarian Tayag envisions the place to be a Filipino theme-food arena featuring some of the most sought-after chefs and restaurateurs from across the country.
