A PASIG City court has acquitted the wife of celebrity chef Bruce Lim, who was accused in a bouncing check case.
In acquitting Michelle Katherine Lim for violating Section 1 of Batas Pambansa (BP) 22, or the "Anti-Bouncing Check Law," Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 160 Presiding Judge Caron Aicitel Lascano-Nethercott reversed the earlier verdict issued by the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 58.
