PRESIDENTIAL son and Ilocos Norte First District Rep. Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos has filed a bill that would provide employees with financial literacy and entrepreneurship training to cope with rising prices of basic commodities.

His House Bill 8989, or the "Financial Literacy for Workers' Act," filed on Aug. 29, 2923, would require employers to provide financial literacy and entrepreneurship programs for their workers.
