Free MRT-3 rides for govt workers

(UPDATE) THE Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) on Friday announced that it will give free rides to government employees from September 18 to September 20.

The free rides are a part of the celebration of the 123rd anniversary of the Philippine civil service.
