THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday ordered the dismissal from service of eight of its men, including two middle rank officers, allegedly involved in the death of 17-year-old Jerhode "Jemboy" Baltazar in Caloocan City on Aug. 2, 2023.
The move was approved by National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief, BGen. Jose Melencio Nartatez, on September 13 on the recommendation of the Internal Affairs Service.
