THE National Security Council (NSC) has warned the public about fundraising scams by leftist groups.
Leftist organizations Karapatan, Anakbayan, AKAP Ka, Pamalakaya and Oceana have conducted fundraising activities for the search for missing students Jhed Tamano and Jonila Castro, whom they allege were kidnapped by government forces.
