Dear PAO,

My husband's company entered into a contract with XYZ to provide services for the latter. They were able to proceed with the deployment of human resources, and services were already being rendered by my husband's company when XYZ informed him that they were no longer interested pursuing the remaining part of the contract. XYZ's pullout will greatly affect my husband's company. So, my husband wants to file a case. He went to the city hall to inquire, and he was told by a city hall personnel that PAO cannot represent a company. Is this true? Please advise.
