Fire hits a school in Cubao, Quezon City on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023. The fire at the Starland International School (SIS) was raised to second alarm at 10:15 a.m. before it was declared out at 10:18 a.m. No one was reported hurt in the incident as students were picked up by their parents.
