Iloilo City makes mark at Vienna climate meet

ILOILO CITY: This city took center stage as the only city from the Philippines to share its local climate actions in the United Nations Industrial Development Organization's (Unido) Bridge for Cities forum in Vienna, Austria.

Mayor Jerry Treñas was the only local chief executive invited to the eighth edition of Unido's annual Bridge for Cities event, which comprises a forum on Sept. 4-5, 2023, and a weeklong exhibition.
