THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday that weather would be generally fair across the country as the southwest monsoon ("habagat") starts to weaken in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area (LPA) off north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes is expected to dissipate in the next 12 hours, according to weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio.
