IN a testament to its dedication and exemplary financial stewardship, the Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 3 received recognition during the Regional Staff Meeting on Monday, September 11.
The awards Bulacan 1st DEO received highlighted its outstanding financial management performance, becoming first in the region with a Prior Years Disbursement Rate of 96.51 percent and securing the third position in achieving a Target Absorptive Capacity of 95.13 percent as of Aug. 31, 2023, among the 16 DEOs in the region.
