Rotary Manila helps special needs kids through art

THE Rotary Club of Manila (RCM), the oldest Rotary Club in Asia, continues to support children, specifically kids with special needs, as part of its yearly program and projects.

Billy Andal, RCM chief public relations officer, says the RCM, in partnership with Hospicio de San Jose, is conducting an art exhibit with the theme, 'Expanding Horizons,' featuring the fine works of children from the Angels of Rendu Art Club on Sept. 14, 2023.
