ON the occasion of its 57th founding anniversary on Sept. 8, 2023, the National Police Commission (Napolcom) awarded plaques and certificates to Philippine National Police (PNP) members, community partners, special awardees and model employees.
Richard Palpal-latoc, chairman of the Commission on Human Rights, was the guest of honor and speaker during the hybrid anniversary program with the theme, "Exemplifying accountability and integrity in the police service."
