Teodoro confirmed as Defense chief

(UPDATE) THE Commission on Appointments (CA) on Thursday confirmed the ad interim appointment of Gilberto Teodoro Jr. as Department of National Defense (DND) secretary, a position he held 16 years ago.

Teodoro previously served as DND chief from 2007 to 2009 under the administration of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
