Share auction earns Basic Energy P129.9M

BASIC Energy Corp., a listed holding firm with interests in renewable energy and alternative fuels, has raised P129.96 million from the sale of delinquent shares via a public auction.

In a disclosure on Wednesday, Basic Energy said that it had sold 450 million delinquent shares to Ecology Energy Corp. at a bid price of P0.2888 per share.
