Negros Occidental hog shipment down by 70%

BACOLOD CITY: Swine shipment from Negros Occidental to other areas in the country has dropped by almost 70 percent in August.

Dr. Placeda Lemana, provincial veterinarian, reported that the shipment of pigs was reduced from 10,000 in July to about 3,000 last month.
