BARMM 'areas of concern' identified

THIRTY-TWO municipalities and the 63 villages of the Special Geographic Area in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) have been classified as 'areas of grave concern' or red code for the Oct. 30, 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

The 63 villages are from the six towns in North Cotabato that opted to join the Bangsamoro region during a plebiscite held in 2019.
