Man in road rage incident surrenders

(UPDATE) THE man who figured in a road rage incident in Valenzuela City surrendered himself and his firearm to Mayor Weslie 'Wes' Gatchalian.

Marlon Malabute, a businessman from Tondo, Manila, was presented by the mayor during a press briefing, but he refused to answer the questions of reporters.
