THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is drafting guidelines to ensure consistency and uniformity in the sustainability measures reported by publicly listed companies (PLCs), as it continues to push for sustainability in the corporate sector.

The commission will soon release a memorandum circular on the revised guidelines for PLCs to include the sustainability reporting form to guide PLCs with their reports.
