EXECUTIVE Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Monday administered the oath of the newly elected officers of the National Defense College of the Philippines Alumni Association Inc. (NDCPAAI) in Malacañang.
The new officers were led by Transportation Undersecretary Cesar Chavez, a 13th-time presidential appointee by seven successive presidents in various government agencies.
