PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is set to head off to Singapore to speak at the 10th Asian Conference in September, Malacañang confirmed.
According to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Marcos will be discussing his administration's priority policies and programs before economic managers and business leaders on September 13, the first Philippine leader to do so at the prestigious Milken Institute.
