Megawide to issue P20.9M in dividends

INFRASTRUCTURE firm Megawide Construction Corp. said its board of directors, through a special meeting on Monday, had approved the issuance of a cash dividend for preferred shares totaling nearly P30 million.

"[P]ursuant to the regular cash dividend declaration of Megawide Construction Corp. for its Series 5 Preferred Shares with a payment date of 17 October of each year, the company's board of directors has set 26 September 2023 as the record date and 17 October 2023 as the payment date," the firm said in a disclosure.
