Del Monte: FY2024 IPO eyed for US unit

DEL Monte Pacific Ltd. is aiming to complete the initial public offering (IPO) of its US subsidiary, Del Monte Foods Inc. (DMFI), within its current fiscal year ending April next year.

'[T]he target completion for DMFI's IPO is in FY2024,' Del Monte Pacific Chairman Rolando Gapud was quoted as saying during the question-and-answer session at the company's annual general meeting (AGM) held in Singapore last August 29.
