Bulacan celebrates 'Singkaban' Festival

LEADING malls in Baliwag, Marilao and Pulilan unveiled Bulacan BESTival — a celebration of food, music, and arts encapsulated through a series of events mounted in each mall — to mark the celebration of Bulacan's Singkaban Festival.

SM Baliwag, SM Marilao, and SM Pulilan gave shoppers in these towns a colorful glimpse of the province's rich culture and heritage as the malls lead the celebration of the Singkaban (Sining at Kalinangan ng Bulacan) Festival, the most anticipated and mother of all festivals in the province.
