TWO suspects involved in an indiscriminate firing incident in Barangay Chinatown Malabang in Lanao del Sur surrendered recently to the Police Regional Office of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR), a police report said on Friday.
Based on the document obtained by The Manila Times, the two suspects identified as Mamayog Sidik Gampong and Hanibnoy Sarip, voluntarily surrendered to the PRO-BAR authorities under BGen. Allan Nobleza who had ordered an immediate probe of the Aug. 31, 2023 indiscriminate firing incident.
