Pagasa monitors 2 LPAs that may enhance southwest monsoon

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is monitoring two low pressure areas (LPAs) outside and inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) that may enhance the southwest monsoon.

Weather specialist Obet Badrina on Monday said these two weather disturbances will unlikely develop into tropical depressions.
