Batangas folk warned against volcanic smog

THE Department of Health (DoH) on Saturday warned residents living near Taal Volcano in Batangas to take precautionary measures against the effects of volcanic smog on the respiratory system.

The DoH Center for Health Development Calabarzon cautioned the residents following the reported cases of respiratory conditions in the town of Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas, on Friday.
