THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday said it would work with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and the Philippine Association of Law Schools (PALS) on legal matters during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on October 30.
The Comelec, through its KontraBigay (anti-vote buying) Committee headed by Comelec Commissioner Ernesto Ferdinand Maceda Jr., has signed a memorandum of agreement with the IBP and the PALS on the matter.
