Cacdac named OIC for migrant workers agency

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has named Undersecretary Hans Leo Cacdac as officer in charge of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).

The Presidential Communications Office said Tuesday night Cacdac's appointment came two weeks after the death of DMW Secretary Maria Susana 'Toots' Ople.
