Chinabank taps AI to boost productivity

CHINA Banking Corp. (Chinabank) on Thursday said it had launched a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) solution, called CHIB GPT, to further enhance the productivity of its employees.

In a statement, Chinabank President and Chief Executive Officer Romeo Uyan Jr. said the technology was 'just the beginning.'
