The House of Representatives has approved House Bill 8910, known as the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Act. The approval comes at an opportune time as Commission of Population and Development (CPD) Deputy Executive Director Lolito Tacardon expects a rise in teen pregnancies now that face-to-face classes have resumed.
