Ex-OWWA chief Hans Cacdac named Migrant Workers OIC

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has designated Undersecretary Hans Leo Cacdac as officer-in-charge of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), according to Malacañang.

This was confirmed by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) late Tuesday night.
