BACOLOD CITY: Jobseekers should have digital skills or digital competence as 90 percent of modern jobs require some degree of digital literacy, an official of the of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) said.

DICT Undersecretary Jocelle Batapa-Sigue raised the point during the Digital Careers Expo 2023 at the Victorias City Coliseum on Monday.
