THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 76 out of 162 or 46.91 percent of examinees passed the August 2023 Sanitary Engineering Licensure Examination.
Neil Spencer Almario, from Mapua University-Manila topped the examination, with an 83. 80 percent rating.
