Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Anna Ma. Margarita Dy will replace him starting October 1.
Dy was said to have graduated magna cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University's Economics Honors Program in 1990. She also earned a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1991 and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1996.
